Why You Need a Dumpster for a Home Cleanout
Home cleanouts generate more waste than regular trash service can handle. Furniture, appliances, boxes, and household junk pile up quickly, and most of it cannot go out at the curb. A dumpster in the driveway means you dispose of everything in one place without repeated landfill runs.

Dumpster Sizes and Prices
Every rental is flat rate and includes delivery, pickup, disposal, and a 7-day rental period.
11 Yard — $300
Smaller cleanouts, a garage, a basement, or one or two rooms.
15 Yard — $350
Multi-room cleanouts and furniture removal. About five to six pickup loads.
20 Yard — $395
The most popular size for a full home cleanout. About seven pickup loads, and it still fits a standard driveway.
30 Yard — $475
Large homes, hoarding situations, or a whole property at once. Needs 60–65 feet of straight clearance.

How the Process Works
- Call or text and tell us roughly what is coming out of the house
- We deliver and place the container safely in your driveway
- You fill it at your own pace
- Call or text when you are finished and we haul it away
There is no automatic pickup date. The container stays until you tell us you are done.
What You Can Put in a Home Cleanout Dumpster
Most household material is fine:
- Furniture and mattresses
- Household junk, clothing, boxes, and paper
- Shelving, cabinets, and wood
- Small appliances and electronics
- General non-hazardous debris
Needs different handling: refrigerators, freezers, and AC units (refrigerant); paint, chemicals, solvents, and fuel; concrete and masonry, which need a concrete dumpster. Tires are accepted at $15 each when disclosed in advance. See the full rules page.
