The dumpster arrives on driveway protection boards. Load it at your own pace, then call or text when you are done — there is no automatic pickup date.

What We Need From You
Have these four things ready and a same-day booking takes about two minutes.
The delivery address
Street address and city. If you are outside our core metro area we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you today.
What is going in
Household junk, renovation debris, roofing, concrete — the material decides the container. Concrete and shingles need their own dumpster.
Where it goes
Driveway is standard. We put boards down to protect the surface. Text a photo if you are unsure about the space.
A clear drop spot
Cars moved, gate open, nothing parked in the way. If we arrive and cannot set the container, we cannot leave it.
Enough room to back in
The 11, 15 and 20 yard need roughly 40–50 feet of straight clearance. The 30 yard needs 60–65 feet.
A phone we can reach
Drivers sometimes need to confirm placement on arrival. Text is the fastest way to reach us and to reach you.
Straight Answers
When Same-Day Is Not Possible
We would rather tell you no up front than leave you waiting on a delivery that is not coming.
The container is already out
We run a finite number of each size. If the one you need is sitting on another job, same day is off the table no matter what time you call — and we will tell you that immediately rather than leaving you waiting on it.
Your address does not fit today’s route
Deliveries run in routes. If your address sits well away from where the trucks already are, adding it can push the rest of the day out. When that happens we will offer you the next morning instead.
Snow, ice, or a sloped driveway
Our trucks will not operate on icy or steeply sloped driveways — a loaded roll-off truck that slides causes far more damage than a day’s delay is worth. We may ask for a photo before dispatching.
Specialty containers
The concrete dumpster and the shingle dumpster are limited-stock containers. Same day is sometimes possible but far less likely than with a standard roll-off.
The far edge of the service area

Can I really get a dumpster the same day in Kansas City?
Usually, yes — we manage it most of the time. It is never guaranteed, though, and we will not pretend otherwise. Two things decide it: whether the size you need is in stock, and whether your address fits the routes already running that day. Do you charge extra for same-day delivery?
No. There is no rush fee, no expedite charge and no fuel surcharge. Same-day delivery costs the same flat rate as any other delivery: $300 for an 11 yard, $350 for a 15 yard, $375 for a 20 yard and $475 for a 30 yard.
Is there a cut-off time for same-day delivery?
No fixed cut-off. It is not the clock that decides it — it is whether a container is free and whether your address fits the day’s route. Calling earlier gives those two things more room to line up, but there is no hour after which the answer is automatically no. Ask and we will check.
What if you cannot deliver today?
We will tell you immediately and give you the next real delivery window, usually the following morning. We would rather lose the same-day booking than have you clear your driveway and wait for a truck that is not coming.
Do I need to be home when the dumpster arrives?
No. This is a no-contact rental. As long as we know exactly where to set the container and the spot is clear, you do not need to be there for delivery or for pickup.
Can I get a concrete or shingle dumpster same day?
Sometimes, but it is less likely. The 5 cubic yard concrete container and the 20 cubic yard shingle container are specialty containers in limited supply. Call and we will check availability before you commit to a schedule.
How do I get the dumpster picked up?
Call or text when you are finished. There is no automatic pickup date — the container stays until you tell us you are done, within your rental period. Extensions run $25 a day or $150 a week on the 11 through 20 yard, $175 a week on the 30 yard.
