It has a capacity of 20 cubic yards, which is equivalent to around 13 trash cans. The dimensions of this dumpster are 12 ft. long, 8 ft. wide, and 5.5 ft. high, making it a good choice for cleaning out large basements, attics, or garages, and for removing flooring and carpets in a large house. It can hold up to 300 to 400 square feet of deck debris.
Things to Consider
While this dumpster is convenient for getting rid of a large volume of waste, it’s important to consider the types of materials you’ll be disposing of. If you have heavy items such as concrete or bricks, you may want to opt for a smaller “concrete” dumpster to avoid overloading it. Alpha Team’s 20 yard dumpster has double doors for easy loading and unloading. Keep in mind that certain items, such as hazardous materials, tires, and concrete, are not allowed in the dumpster and must be disposed of separately.

Dumpster Rental Rules:
If you need the dumpster for a longer period of time just let us know. Single day and weekly extension rates available. All dumpster prices are subject to change. Call now to lock in your dumpster rate. We do not accept dumpsters filled with concrete, bricks, gravel, stones, asphalt, lathe and plaster, paint cans, dirt or tires.
When the dumpsters are emptied, we know if these items are mixed in. Penalty fee’s will apply if these items are found mixed in. If you are needing the dumpster for shingle removal you must discuss with our sales department first. Firstly, it must be shingles only. Secondly, no other trash can be mixed in. Most importantly, the maximum shingle load is 4 ton (approx 30 square, single layer).
Please Follow the Rules:
Alpha Team KC reserves the right to have you remove any of the above items if they are found in the dumpster at pick-up because level fill is required. No items are to be sticking above the top or over the sides of the dumpster. If any of the above conditions are not met, it may result in additional dumpster cost.
Please call us when you are finished with the dumpster. We will not automatically pick the dumpster up unless you specifically requested an automatic pickup.
